Join us for the NBCC Foundation’s virtual career fair, Counseling Foundations: Your Path to Career Success, on April 24th from 11 am–5 pm EDT!

Counseling Foundations: Your Path to Career Success offers a unique and affordable way to connect employers, recent graduates from master’s and doctoral counseling programs, and seasoned counseling professionals nationwide in a virtual setting to explore current and future staffing opportunities.

True to the Foundation’s mission of supporting and expanding the mental health workforce and NBCC’s mission of advancing the profession of counseling, this event is especially devoted to providing hiring and marketing opportunities for counselors and employers committed to increasing the availability of mental health services.

The career fair is FREE for job seekers to attend. Attendees can enhance their interviewing skills, share their résumé during registration so employers can seek them out, build their professional network, and engage in one-on-one text and video chats with participating employers.

Employers and sponsors can register to find the perfect candidates for their open positions and gain access to our online virtual booth platform to chat with attendees, view résumés, and more. Through its affiliation with NBCC, the Foundation is connected to counselors, practitioners, and counseling students from across the country and utilizes this career fair to introduce those talented individuals to employers seeking to expand their organizations’ talent pipelines.

“The 2025 NBCC Foundation’s Virtual Career Fair is an exceptional resource for employers and job seekers to connect and build their professional markets,” says Dr. Amber Khan, NBCCF’s Program Director. “Whether you’re an employer looking to hire, a recent graduate seeking your first counseling job, or a seasoned professional searching for a new opportunity, we are intentional on expanding and supporting the counseling workforce.”
