With over 600 NBCC Foundation Alumni Fellows and Scholars working each day to expand mental health services in their own neighborhoods, making connections is more important than ever!
The NBCC Foundation Connections newsletter will begin featuring avenues for Foundation Alumni to connect with one another, share important professional achievements, and even assist with research projects.
If you are an NBCC Foundation Fellow or Scholar alum and have research project information you would like to include in one of our newsletters, please email the required information to foundation@nbcc.org by the 15th of the month prior to the publication month. For example, if you would like information to be included in the April 2020 newsletter, please submit your information to the Foundation no later than March 15, 2020.
Please include the name of your researcher(s), email and/or phone contact information, university, participant requirements, web link for participants, and the deadline. If there is currently not a deadline, you can list “Ongoing” as the status.
In order to have information published, you must also make sure that you have completed the Alumni Survey within the last year and finished your fellowship/scholarship with a compliant status with regard to all NBCC Foundation requirements.
If you are looking for other ways to get involved, the NBCC Foundation is currently seeking master’s and doctoral mentors who will cultivate a strong professional relationship by supporting a Foundation Fellow or Scholar. Each mentorship is a one-year commitment and communication is through phone calls and other electronic means. The Foundation is specifically looking for mentors who work with the following populations/specialties:
