Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Exam (CPCE)

Looking for an exit exam for your graduate program? The CPCE is widely used by counselor preparation programs as a graduation requirement. In addition to their own aggregate statistics, participating schools receive a comparison with national data. Contact cce@cce-global.org for more information.

NBCC Foundation Scholarships

NBCC Foundation

Would your department like to financially assist your outstanding students? The NBCC Foundation scholarship program is designed to increase the availability of counselors in underserved areas. The rural scholarship increases access to counseling services in remote areas, and the military scholarship encourages counselors with military experience to continue serving our nation’s finest. Several scholarships in each category are available each year.

To promote the practice of professional counseling, NBCC is launching an academic journal, The Professional Counselor. It will feature original, peer-reviewed manuscripts covering a wide range of empirical, theoretical and innovative counseling topics.
